Where can i find this??? Wabhn mentioned that there is a section in DANDR that someone can find some threads about eating out, where can i find that?

No, I moved your post from Introductions to the newbies' questions forum. I'm not sure what you're referring to though. DANDR stands for Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution - the book for your program. There are many threads on THIS forum having to do with eating out - have you tried using the search feature located at the top of every page on the right?

hi Janel,

Don't feel stupid. It took me ages to figure out what DANDR was, and WOL and CALP. Even longer to figure out what was this DH everyone keeps talking about.

Anyhoooo ... we've posted a list of various low-carb acronyms and abbreviations that are used all over the web. Check it out by clicking on Low Carb Tips from the orange menu bar near the top of the page. Scroll down the list of articles, you'll see Lowcarb Lingo near the bottom. Everything you ever wanted to know, and then some
