I'm so happy, I got up this morning and weighed in at 219, which put me under my first goal!

I'm setting my next goal at 195, hope it goes as smoothly as the last one.

(on the down side, I have this killer headache I can't seem to shake today, even after an alieve

)

Hope you get feeling better.
You might want to do a search for headaches and see what other have done to combat those. Seems a lot of people get those on this diet.
