Default Jelly Beans - I've been so good too!!

Does anybody know the carb count on jelly beans. I don't know what came over me. I was offered one jelly bean, and yes I made the awful mistake of taking one. Well, it was all down hill from there.

Is it possible to work out enough so that it doesn't affect ketosis?

Jelly beans are pretty much pure sugar, so they're pretty much illegal on Atkins. If you messed up, don't worry about it. It's all about getting back on the horse. It's ok to trip on the sidewalk as long as you keep going. That was a mixed metaphor, but I think you get the idea.

Default I love Jelly Beans!

I'm surprised actually at how much I've been able to avoid them. I used to not be able to walk past the Jelly Bean Machine without digging up a quarter or two. I love them sugar bombs!

I did have what I am now affectionately referring to as "the ice-cream incident" and it wiped me out for about 4 days.

You'll be right back on track in no time, so live and learn, right?

(The pink and purple ones that come out at Easter are my faves. Bet I could get em now if I wanted...) But I won't!

Those little sugar bombers turned my ketosis stick light pink. The fortunately think is that I'm still in ketosis. This morning the stick turned to large. Well, back on track today.
