OK I got a tape measure a soft one, where do I measure at?

Hi Dustin,

some people just measure the usual chest, waist and hips. I also measure thighs, upper arms and calves.

Measure hips, abdomen (biggest part of tummy), thighs, calves, upper arms, biceps, below elbows, wrists, neck, rib cage (lower than chest), everything you can reach.
The more you measure, the more inches you lose!!!!
