If 155 and 145 were set points for you it could be very difficult and just take time to get past them. With as much exercise as you are doing you may be adding muscle as well.
Why not try KISS for a week and see if that helps. Basically cut out all dairy and processed foods. Stick to meats (including eggs), LC veggies and fats. Keep your fat ratio high.
Changing plan might help initially, or it might make for an initial gain as your body adjusts. You might be best just having patience and sticking to the plan your already following.
