Lightbulb A Point to Ponder!

Whil reading the different posts and journals I began to think:

All of the very skinny people I know eat a ton of food!!! Most of these people I know are on a fairly locarb diet without even realizing it. Yes some carbs, but their mainstay is protein and veggies and a ton of it. Also, they eat chicken wings, etc.

So, when we all begin to think we shouldn't be eating so much, remember the skinny ones that pile on the protein and eat a huge salad!!!

My one closest friend weighs in at 145 and is 5'8" she's tall and lean, eats a ton of meat and salads, she loves them and she consumes so much more than I do at a sitting. She says "gotta stay away fromt he bread and pasta Mar, it will make you fat!" So now I eat the way she does and feel great, she has a ton of energy... She's not on any diet, never had to be, just that's the way she has always eaten. Guess everyone should listen to that.
Oh and her exercise, she walks her little dogs everyday for about 20 -30 minutes. Doesn't sound too tough does it
