Me again..advantage bars, 14g.carbs?!?!?!
I only have maybe 2 or 3 of these bars a week but was shocked to hear they have so many carbs when it's listed as 2 - 3 grams, right on the wrapper.
I'll eliminate those for now and see.
I do drink tons of water, continual through the day.
Exercise lots (likely too much!)
Very diligent with measuring and staying under 15, usually 10g a day.
Don't drink aspartame although do put Splenda in my decaf. and in whipping cream for jello.
UGH! But reading other's frustrations sure helps, knowing I'm not a freak of nature with weight loss resistance.
Any comments?
