Post Check in time!

2/28 Starting weight: 150 lbs

Starting measurements: B- 36, W- 31 1/2, H - 41

3/7 Current weight: 149

Current Measurements: B-36, W-31 1/2, H - 41

I lost 1 lbs and am REALLY happy about it . Really! I've been stalled for about 3 weeks. This past week, I cut out all caffeine and aspartame. I just read in a post that Splenda can stall too. Some people are using Stevia instead. I'm going to try no Splenda and see if I lose more.

Besides I feel fantastic and people at work are noticing that I'm losing. Have a great week #2. I know I will

Weight and or/size at start of lc plan 255 - size 22/24 short
Current weight and/or size 251 - size 22/24 short
Goal weight and/or size 200 - size 16-18

My March Goals are as follows: Lose 10 pounds, drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water a day, and do some form of exercise at least 3 times a week. This is a great idea!

Challenge Starting Weight:251
Todays Weight:249
Pounds lost: 2

I don't know what my measurements were at the start of the challenge, but since I started LC I've lost 2 inches off my waist. I haven't measured everything else.

Goals met so far: 1/5 of my pound goal gone! Meeting the minimum requirements of water a day, and then some, and twice this week I've been in the garden.

yay!

no change in inches but down 2 pounds...every little bit helps

When I started on 1/1, I hoped by a 25 lb loss by the end of the first quarter...in other words, a 25% loss to 220...Looks like I might have been a little optimistic but a 4 week stall didn't help!
We shall see

Anyway, I remind myself that Atkins is NOT a quick weight loss diet, but a life long plan for people who don't metabolize carbohydrates properly. I like the food and I CAN DO THIS!

oh yes, I did take at least a mile walk everyday

Hey Challenge buddies!

Is it really better to weigh myself in the AM? I forgot to this morning and I just walked in from work and weighed in, will it really vary that much?
Pleased with this weeks results, I definitley have to measure myself, but have not had time so far. Well, one down, four to go!!

Start of Challenge(7 days ago): 168

This evening: 163

I will still weigh in tomorrow morning to see if that number changes. Good Luck everyone!!

I'm almost didn't make it here to post!
Ok, here goes after a so- so week.
At start:
156.5lbs
Bust- 38 (at widest part)

waist- 32 1/2 (1/2 inch above navel)

rt bicep- 12 (midpoint)

hips- 41 1/2 (at widest)

rt thigh- 25 (at widest)

rt calf- 14 (midpoint)

Measurements all the same but down to 155lbs.
Soething's better than nothing but I'm not done yet!

I have done incredible on water and exercise!
I've alternated weight training/cardio circuit 3 days a week with
treadmill and pilates 3 days.
Plus one night of spin class.
I feel like I am walking better and with nicer posture.
Not that I had trouble walking before but I just feel better!

We have nothing but good things awaiting us all!

Good luck in the days to come to everyone!

Default I am hoping TOM packs his bags and leaves tomorrow!

It's been a rough week but I did see a glimmer of light this morning!

Start Weight 172
Today 170
Biceps 12-12
Bust 39-39
Waist 33.5-33.5
Hips 42-42
Thigh 21.5-21.5
Calf 15.5-15.5
Abs 42.5-43
Under Breast 32.5-32.5

I still loss my two pounds for the week, but boy I did have my doubts this week...

I did my exercise and water, and stayed on eating plan!

I am ready for week two!

Default Friday check in

Lost 2 lbs! Drank the correct amount of water 4 out of 7 days. Took supplements 5 out of 7 days. Could have done better on the water and supplements, but I am excited about the weight.
