Default Re: Hidden Carb. Tool

Hi!

I used the hidden tool for the first time today on the Atkins Diet Shake Mix - the powder kind that you add to water.

FIrst: How do I know if the product has the fiber subtracted?

I entered the information and choose Beverage and it gave me 3.59 versus the 1 g on the can. What caused the higher number?

I am curious how this all works.

Thanks

A Thin Me

It should say so on the package - one would hope!

Have a look at the article on sugar alcohols in LC Tips at the top of the page? Are any of the sugar alcohols mentioned in the article in the list of ingredients on the package?

Karen
