Ice Chewers? Help needed!

It's just started being warm enough to take drinks with ice, and I'm an ice-chewer from long ago, and now I'm noticing I want to eat all the time, way more than I did three or four days ago. I've been able to keep it to LC food, but I'd beg to differ with Dr. A--it IS possible to binge on steak!

I recall once noticing that drinking ice water, rather than room temp water or even just cold water from the fountain, made me want to eat more.

Or it could be the diet soda--house brand, no aspartame. Separate problem. Not so much concerned with weight loss right now as I am the cravings.

Its been said that ice chewing is a symptom of anemia.Low iron levels.Not a Dr. just have heard this alot.
