You (according to much info) can't spot reduce. All you can do is tone your whole body thu weight training. Cardio helps with fat loss. But i think weight traning (and bodyweight exercises such as crunches, lunges, etc.) is the most advantageous in terms of reshaping your body. Focus on the core muscles (abs, back) and derriere.

Work on your obliques! Do side crunches and stuff, this should help.

The best exercise for losing anything is just exercise. The bigger the muscles that you engage in the exercise the more you will lose, but your body will tell you, where it want's to lose , you can't tell it. Doing obliques won't help your love handles if you are carrying excess weight elsewhere. You have to lose all the weight. YOU CAN'T SPOT REDUCE!!
