new to the SBD forum....
Greetings low-carbers.....
I have recently started my first 2 weeks of SB, and recently fell off the wagon...Typical. I manage to only stay with the low-carb lifestyle for a week or two. I have done Atkins in the past, and wasnt able to stick to it for more than a 7 pound weight loss. Now, after having another child, I am ready to lose the bagage....the WEIGHT.
I loved my first week of SB dieting, but I have a hard time with will power, and once I taste success I let myself imbide in tasty treats that are loaded with carbs. (I salivate from the very idea of good bread) In 3 days I lost all the successes achieved in over a week effort.
So that is me in a nutshell, looking for other like minded nutshell living folks.
