Default back in the saddle again

To quote an old cowboy song, I am back in the saddle again. Almost at the end of my three weeks into the program, a loved one died and I had to catch a plane , destination a thousand miles away. I did well the first night and the next day, however, people don't bring LC Healthy food to feed families at the time of death. No edible veggies, only honey baked ham that wasn't in a cream casserole and at least a dozen different cakes, in hunger I finally started on the cake and it was down hill from there. So please help me now to get back on track as I assume I will have to detox all over again, though not to the extent I did to begin with.
Though I am a little disapointed in myself I have no choice but to climb back on the horse and go again. So here I go.......
