Smile enter at own risk. whinny person inside

OMG I just have to say that I am sooo stressed and so depressed. You all would not believe the stress. I know I sound whinny but my goodness. Man life has been miserable lately. I am too tired to bore you all now with my stress but maybe I will bore you another time I mean I'll live--- but I have eaten like a freakin pig this last week ( because of the stress) and all the unhealthy eating has has depressed me more. Encouraging words and thoughts coming my way would be great about now. I am starting the atkins diet right now. at 11:50 at night. he he. Wish me luck!

bye

Hi Lovetolose,
Everything will be ok! Life has a way of getting us down and we all know how it feels to have the worst day, month, and year! It will pass! Today is a new day! You can and will do this! I've been there too! I hate to be depressed or stessed, and everytime I got through it I think it will never end but it does! Hang in there friend it will be ok!
