Has anyone else noticed that there immune system has improved since starting this woe? I have been doing low-carb for over a year now and have not had one cold or any cases of the flu. Before low-carb I would usually get 2 or 3 colds a year but so far not even a sniffle. Also my wife(who stopped low-carbing when she got pregnant) had a really bad bug a few weeks ago and I did not feel a thing. It would be interesting if they could look at this along with blood lipids and other parameters during these diet studies they have started.
