Default Brain Fog

Okay - been back on LC for a few days now and I have to tell you that i am experiencing brain fog like you wouldn't believe. My head feels like it's swimming and I seldom can complete a thought uninterupted.

Is this a normal thing when you are getting into (back into) induction?

Today I have eaten:

Breakfast
2 Eggs
2 two sausage
2 glasses of water

Lunch:
Fajitas (meat and onions only)
Side Salad with Italian dressing.
2 glasses of tea (with sweet and low)

I don't think it has to do with Aspartame...

I have the same problem. I have been on this WOE for 4 weeks and have been lightheaded a lot! But yesterday was the first day I have felt normal and today is pretty good. What supplements are you taking?

Atkins Basic #3.

That could be it. I haven't taken them in a week or two. I guess it could be a vitamin issue.

Thanks,

From what I have read it is an electrolyte imbalance caused, in part, due to the amount of water we drink. I take a multi vitamin, Atkins EFA, Potassium, and CO Q10 supplements. Seems to be working for me. Try your vitamin and see how you do, you may need different stuff or maybe up your veggie count of carbs a bit. Good luck, maybe someone more informed may stop by with better info.
