how do i change my numbers on forum

Hi All,would like to change my currant weight and my goal weight,anyone know how to do this?Thanks for any and all hope,Dave.

hi dave.

towards the upper right hand corner of your screen, there's a little Rolodex card icon and the word "profile"

Click on that, then on "edit profile" scroll half the way down that page--you can also change anything else there, including books you've read, etc.

Thanks Razzle,im kinda new to this forum stuff.Want to change my goal weight to about 20lb less and put my curant down,feels good to see the numbers come down,se ya.Dave.
