Default My Appetite is Shrinking

Since I started back on CAD, my appetite has really shrunk. I am usually a huge eater. I live with a logger, and 2 teen boys, so I usually make massive dinners. But I noticed last night, and then again tonight, I couldn't finish all that was on my plate. The CAD book says for breakfast and lunch to eat moderate amounts, but for dinner, you can have as much as you want. Could it be my stomach is shrinking? I never was a big day time eater...more a night nibbler...but I am finding that after dinner, I don't want or need anything. This is just so bizarre for me...I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Default feels good eh?

Your appetite shrinks when your blood sugar stabilizes. That's a good sign!
Actually increased appetite is a symptom of diabetes. Atkins has been trying to tell people that for years, but it has only been the past year or so that the health community admits it to be so.
Doesn't it feel great to have a normal appetite!?

I have the same thing happening for me. I, too, was always a night eater ... dinner really started my eating for the day and I went right up until bedtime. Since starting Atkins I haven't wanted to eat in the evening and thus am hungry in the morning. So now, I have b'fast and 2-3 more small meals during the day. My appetite is certainly diminished. I love it!
