Hello Everyone!
I am back on the low carb wagon. I fell off nearly a year ago when I quit smoking. The good news is I am still smoke free, bad new is I gained all the weight back!!
I have been low carb (again) now for nearly a month & 1/2 but I don't seem to be losing any weight or inches. I am following the same diet - I am even counting the carbs even closer than before and gave up the diet sode (thought maybe the sodium)....and nothing!
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I guess I get to be the first one to ask you to start a journal and give us some of your menus (couple days worth) so everybody can look them over and see if we can spot anything. Are you following Atkins Induction??
