Woooohoooo I'm in!!! And you guys being here "watching" what I do and don't do
totally motivates me!! But I gotta ask...if I don't do at least 4-5 days a week, give
me a swift kick in my booty.....K?????? I'm also in the TDC 5th Exercise Challenge, soooo that will be double accountance. But I know some of you here better, so it will be more fun. It's almost like we'll exercise together! Literally!(I'm such a goober, lol) Sometimes I'm good, sometimes I'm bad!!!!! LOL (that could be a good thing, lol) Here's my goals:
2 days of rest (probably Tuesday and Sunday, but I may mix it up depending on what
is going on)
3 days of cardio and abs (most likely WAP, RS, or step class)
2 day of strength training (I want to do more days of strength training, but I am going to work myself up to it or else I will burn out)
*There will be some days I do more, some days I will do less. All my exercise will probably be in the evening, because getting up at 4:30 a.m. was tooooo much. (in fact I think I got sick after that and it took awhile to get over it)
I will post again later this evening after I have done my exercise. Until later!
