Default New ZERO CARB whipped cream

I found Land o Lakes whipped cream in a can sweetened with splenda. What a great and easy way to have cream now instead of whipping it up every time I want a dollop. It is a bigger can than the other whipped cream and I found it at Walmart.

That's great. Just keep in mind that whipping cream does contain some carbs, so this is not completely carb-free. The label can say "0 carbs" even if it's got .9 carbs in it, so be careful if you're eating lots of servings. I know I'd never stop with 1 2-T serving of whipped cream!

But to be on the safe side, probably should count it as one carb. Remember cream itself isn't carb-free. It could have as many as 0.9 grams and still call itself "zero" carb. Same thing with sugar free jello - 10 calories per 1/2 cup and only 1 gram of protein??? Where are the other 5 calories coming from? Gotta be from that 0.9 grams of hidden carbs in there.

But I'm gonna go out and buy some today..
Just my thoughts.

Joan

I wish I had a Walmart nearby. We only got a Target a few years ago.

ITA with Hilary on the carb count.

This still looks like an awesome product. I will definitely be looking for it.

I hope they get that at our Walmart. I didn't see anything like that this weekend. but you're right, it'll be so much easier when I just want a little bit on myjello. That is unless I get one of those ISI whippers for my birthday
