Book Review for Diabetics
I just read the best book on diabetes. I have read A LOT of books in the past almost three years since my Type II diagnosis. This is, in my opinion, the best and most informative. Also both authors are on a LC WOE. They started doing Atkins and enthusiastically recommend it.
THE DIABETIC'S BOOK: by June Biermann and Barbara Toohey, published in 1998 by Tarcher/Putnam.
ISBN: 0-87477-924-3
I am NOT related to them in any way so I am not just "pimping" for the book. I got it out of my library. I just wish I had read it a couple of years ago. It's very well-organized, well-written, and if I could pick just ONE book of all the many I have read about Diabetes, I would select this one.
