Default nauseous in the morning

Does anyone else experience this? I used to love working on a cup of coffee while reading the paper or whatever on weekend mornings - lazy mornings - after awhile I would make myself breakfast, but always liked the coffee and quiet for awhile first...

These days I can't do that.. when I try, I feel really sick to my stomach, like I'm going to throw up. When I feel that way (and it comes on quick), I run to the fridge for quick food (chunk of cheese, hardboiled egg) and after a few mins, feel ok again.

I used not to care about breakfast, now I absolutely have to have it. I feel really ill without it.

Oh well, it's a healthy new habit for me - just sometimes a lil inconvenient!

Penny

What time are you eating your last meal or snack the night before? Is it heavy or greasy? Are you drinking much water before you go to bed?

Just trying to figure out what it might be. I can't see how the coffee would do that if you're used to it already. You may want to check in with a nurse or your dr. if it doesn't clear. Maybe it's your blood sugar levels.

(For the record, I felt nauseaus in the mornings a few years ago, and nine months later I wasn't! LOL)

Are you taking any vitamins? When I bought my vitamins I didn't realize it said to take with food... and I got really nauseous until I ate some food.... Cindy
