Question

The yellow tongue

Been on the LC routine for about a week now. I seem to have developed a yellow tongue and not the most pleasing breath in the world. What is this yellow tongue thing and how do I get rid of it?

I only get a yellow tongue when I drink coffee, so I don't know about that. But, the breath can be from ketosis. I think that the severity of the problem varies from person to person. I just chew sugar free gum if I have that problem.

Hang in there, the results are well worth any minor breath issues.
