Lightbulb Progress Not Perfection

Hi there.......just had to share my success....and no it's not a weight loss ,it's not even inches....it's the fact that after 2 weeks on induction my daughter and her friend and I baked Chocolate CHUNK cookies......I really really was sweating it.....I just wanted 1 chunk to taste and well maybe two....and guess what??????? that's all I had..2 chocolate chunks ....just like a normal person...(non carb addicted one) !! I couldnt' believe it....I satisfied my urge and stopped and well I did eat a bag of Fried Pork Rinds after that but it was snack time and ya know what I'm proud of my progress........3 weeks ago I would be on my uptenth cookie not to mention the raw cookie dough tastes inbetween........to progress!!

Default Congratulations!!

Isn't it great when you can take a taste and not go on a binge!
Over the holiday I found that a taste of stuffing and potatoes etc. was all I needed!!!

Keep up the great progress!

Dear Karen! Wow you made my day ...I am thrilled to be in such

I think one of my most proud moments was Christmastime when my 2 stepsons got those super-monsterous ten foot candy canes filled with m&ms, and I ate six. 6!!!! The fact I could taste and not gorge was AWESOME!
Congrats
