Is it okay to post the name of the bread? Moderators, if not just pull this post. I know that it is the markets decision to tack on more money because they have to make a profit. The bread is from a Bakery in Dallas. "The Francis Simun Bakery" is on the package but I buy it at a low carb market locally, here in Texas. The ingredients are Organic wheat gluten, filtered water, garbanzo flour, black bean flour, canola oil, golden flax seed, wheat germ, molasses, onion, sea salt. No preservatives so you must freeze it. I thought I might find gold as an ingredient since it is so expensive, but never found it listed. If anyone knows where I can buy this bread cheaper, let me know. In the meantime I've been surfing the net to find it a little cheaper.
