Default Nausea

This is my second day of induction and I am doing very well.

However, I have this urge to vomit every time I try to eat. Is it normal and a part of my body's adjustment to the drastic change in eating style? My first day, I was doing well until my dinner time...I had a hard time eating hamburger without gagging. Oddly, I am a burger junkie! Today...second day of induction...not too bad but this nausea bothers me.

I guess I will have to stick it out and hope it ll eventually go away! Any suggestions to lessen this nausea feeling?

Hmmm....could be! I do not remember eating anything that is more fattening out of norm for me yesterday nor today. Perhaps, its just my body's way of adjusting? UGH! Nausea and vomitting is my main irk (I refuse to vomit...just one of my quirkies lol).

Thanks for the response, jemman!

On my 3rd day of induction or so.. I had this feeling and I figured out that my sugar was low so I had to eat some cheese to bring it back up!
Maybe this is the case with you.
My 12 year old son woke up this morning with the same feeling (this is his 2nd day) and when I had him eat some cheese he felt better.

Have a Super Night!
