Cheese Spread
I made this over the weekend and it was soooo good. It makes a good amount so it will last you a few days. You can use it as a sandwich spread on lo-carb bread or spread it on celery or cucumbers.
Pimento Cheese Spread
3 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar of pimentos
1 Tbsp. of grated onion
1/2 c. mayo
a good size handful each of sharp cheddar and monterey jack cheese
Mix it all together and dig in.
