Default Increasing Caloric Intake w/o Increasing Carbs

How can I easily increase my caloric intake (trying to get to 1965) without increasing my carb count? Pork rinds come to mind - any other ideas? Thanks!

Fry everything!

Add butter to whatever you can.

Add Flax oil, Omega 3's or Virgin Cocount oil. All of these oils are great and get into your cells and release fat for energy.
1 T flax oil 110 cals 0 carbs.
Pork rinds are salty and enough may help you retain water.

Salad dressings!
I love that I can have all those tasty dressings. I dip steak & raw broccoli in blue cheese, make cole slaw with jalepeno ranch. Also I put butter and parmesan cheese on my veggies.
Fat really helps your body burn fat. And it's very satisfying.

I'd definitely increase Omega-3 fats because we are often deficient in them anyway. Try cod liver oil, flax seed oil, and fatty fish like salmon and tuna steaks.
