Default A few questions for those kind ppl to answer.

1.) Idontno I think has answered this one but if you weight train and aren't losing fat, you may not see all the muscle gain progress youve made?

2.)Are tomatoes ok to eat on a sald with blue cheese?

3.)What about the advantage bars? Or drinks, they say they have 1-2 impact carbs and I use them as meal replacements.

I would stay away from the bars at least during induction and afterwards use them sparingly. The point of this WOE (way of eating) is to introduce your body to whole foods and get away from the frankenfoods (processed foods). Occasionally they are fine but they can cause stalls in some people.

I agree, the Atkins site recommends that they *not* be used as a meal replacement - they're not formulated for that. People tend to assume that they are, thanks to Slim-Fast, et al.

...and about point 1), yes, that is generally correct. But muscle increase will probably happen faster than fat decrease, so be patient.
