Does a yeast infection cause weight gain?

If it's not one thing, it's another. I have now regained the 5lbs I lost AND have a yeast infection. Are the two related?

I've read the other threads on this, but have not seen a mention of weight gain. I guess I'll be dropping cheese and nuts now. Caffeine and wine have gone out the window (two of my favorite things). I'm having an image of me at the table every nightl with a steak, a cup of lettuce and a pitcher of water!

Anyone else gain weight back with a yeast infection? By the way, I'm too impatient to cure it naturally, I went OTC.
