Hi

i"m new at this, MY name is Danae, i've bin on just about
every diet there is, lost and regained,
I have great hopes for the atkins diet.
I'm also haveing trouble with a back problem.
I think they call it a ciatic nerve. well, my husband thinks
that i'm not absorbing the calcium i'm takeing because

Hi Danae!

This way-of-life does work. All you need is commitment and this forum!

I don't know how calcium and sciatica work together so perhaps someone more knowledgeable will come around.

I do know that most low-carbers do take calcium, magnesium and potassium and don't seem to be having any problems with absorption.

Karen
