Default Need a quick dessert

Hey I need a quick dessert to make tonight. I haven't had a dessert since starting Atkins, so I have no idea what would be easy and quick to make. Any suggestions?

Oh, if you do have a suggestion, please point me to a recipe!

Thank you!!!
Squid

I'm pretty fond of this one, and it's super-easy to make. BTW I skip the peanut butter. You simply can't taste it over the chocolate.

You can browse through the Dessert part of the Recipe section. Or use the Search button up above this page. Enter "dessert AND quick" and see what comes up. And faster service than hanging around, waiting for someone to notice your post.

Thumbs up Thank you IdahoSpud

Mmmmm mmmmmm mmmmmmm I made that recipe you suggested. It hasn't set yet, but it was pretty yummy what I sampled before I put it in the fridge. It just might not last too much longer.

This is my first dessert in I don't know hooooooooowwwww long but it's been a long time!

Thank you for your suggestion!

I make a Chocolate CHeesecake Mousse that is very easy to make quickly.

Take 4 oz cream cheese and microwave t for 15 seconds to soften.

In a mixing bowl whip up 1 cup Whipped cream. add 2 Splenda Packets and 2 Tablespons of Cocoa. Mix in the softened cream cheese. It gets pretty thick and is real yummy.
