I changed the recipe I use so that my eggs are cooked. The recipe says to heat the creamed cheese, and then you put gelatin in it. Well, while that is all warm and still on the stove, I take my well-beaten eggs and start slowly stirring them in. They cook pretty quickly this way.

I have to use store-bought eggs and there's no way I'm eatin' those things raw!

I'm assuming this is a no-bake cheesecake? Could you share the recipe please?
