Hi!

I have a question...............

How are you managing to get in your water requirement for this WOL????? I can't and since I can not teach in the loo, I was wondering how you do it???

I have tried waiting until I get home -- 4:00 p.m., but then I am up most of the night in the bathroom and that makes a crabby substitute!!!!

Please let me know your methods......... thanks so much.

I teach military personnel, and we take 10 minutes breaks on the hour so there is not problem going potty for me. I keep a huge 48 oz cooler jug full of water at the podium to sip on, and take a break every 50 minutes. When I have to go outside, Ijust drag it with me...however sometimes the outside part gets tricky with the potty part, sometimes I just have to hold it for a little while

I am not a teacher but i am a guidance counselor. what i would suggest is that you find a diet buddy in the school so that you can get him or her to help you take breaks from the classroom so you can run to the bathroom because of all the water or run to get more water.

you can also fill up one of those large 32 oz. water bottles and then you are half way done for the day.

don't you also get a planning period for a bathroom break and a water break?

It's a good thing that I'm a travelling teacher. Unless I'm running behind, I can usually make a bathroom stop in between classrooms. At the high school there are 3 minute passing periods that I can take advantage of. Being pregnant...at times I've used the facilites 8 times in a day, once each class and at lunch!

Ya know...when I was a kid...I remember our teachers leaving the class room now and then AFTER they gave out a reading or work assignment that was due in class in 5 or 10 mins.

Of course when the teacher left, some of the guys acted nutty, however most of the students behaved themselves.

Guess it depends on the grade you teach

Default it's a problem

yES - IT CAN BE A PROBLEM - FINDING TIME TO GO TO THE LOO

i TEACH KINDERGARTEN - SO I CAN'T JUST POP OUT.

I TRY TO DRINK 2 GLASSES ON RISING INTHE MORN
ONE BEFORE i LEAVE
ONE AT RECESS
ANOTHER 1 OR 2 DURING LUNCH BREAK
AND BEFORE I LEAVE FOR HOME
ONE WHEN I GET HOME
BEFORE DINNER AND
THE AFTER DINNER
AND BEFORE BED

I ALSO HAVE A GLASS NEXT TO MY BED AND DRINK THAT IF I WAKE IN THE NIGHT,

BY SPREADING OUT THE WATER I DON'T EVER FEEL LIKE I'M BUSTING TO GO AND I CAN GET AWAY WITH GOING WHENEVER I PASS THE TOILETS (BEFORE I LEAVE, BEFORE GOING TO CLASS, AT RECESS, AT LUNCH, BEFORE I LEAVE SCHOOL)
i SEEM TO SPEND A LOT OF TIME THERE BUT IT'S BETTER THAN GETTING "CAUGHT SHORT" IF YOU KNOW WHAT i MEAN.

I GO BEFORE I NEED TO!! DON'T WAIT UNTIL YOU NEED TO GO.

SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS - JUST NOTICED THEY WERE ON!!

gOOD LUCK AND HAPPY TOILETING
