Default Supplements affecting the strips?

Could the vitamine supplements I'm taking be what's making my ketone strips change purple?

Since the color doesn't change when the vitamins are out of my system (very first thing in the morning) I'm wondering if the vitamins are causing the strips to change pink or purple in afternoon....any thoughts on that?

Since I test first thing in the morning and there is no change, I'm cncluding that I'm not burning fat while I sleep. I know they say to not live and die by the strips, but I'm concerned, because night time is when you're body is supposed to burn the most fat and rebuild muscle. Any thoughts on this???

No, vitamins don't affect ketosis. However, eating fat does, so it might just be that your stix are changing colour after eating fatty meals. The stix are notorious for being inaccurate, so please don't worry too much about them. Just another reason to forget about the &^*% stix, and concentrate on eating right.

As I've said many times here before, losing weight is far more important than changing the colour of a little piece of plastic.

Cheers.
