I apoligize if someone else has already posted this.. I was just so excited when I walked by the restaurant at the local mall near my parents' house and saw a sign for low carb margaritas and fajitas at Don Pablos!!!

The manager was kind enough to give us a flyer with the nutritional breakdown when asked but it didn't have fiber subtracted so I went to their website for more detailed info..

Probably only something for people on maintanence as the steak and mahi mahi versions are 12 net carbs - but usually the portions are huge and I would share this with my low carbing boyfriend.

And of course leave room for the 1.5 carb splenda-sweetened margaritas!

We didn't end up eating there because we had already eaten when we walked by, has anyone else tried either the fajitas or margaritas?

It was posted somewhere about a week ago. I am just wondering if its only in New York or everywhere. Blimpies is testing their low carb stuff in new york. I think that is the testing ground for everything.

Nope, I just checked the website. The fajita is wrapped in lettuce . too bad not a low carb tortilla.
