Default woosh, woosh

ok, i uped my water to 100 ounces a day, uped my protein intake, cut out whipped cream on jello, but i even had caffiene coffee and i woke up this morning and after 2.5 weeks at between 160.4 and 162 i was down to 158.8. I WAS SO EXCITED> my dh just loses and loses. i said i was only going to weigh on the 16th of every month but something said "WEIGH" this morning. i needed good news. WHOOHOO>

I know about the husband losing more a couple of days ago he had lost 30, me 20. It shouldn't bug me but it did. But I'm catching up, had a woosh of 5lbs in the last couple of days. Now he wants to know how.
