I don't eat pork rinds for the high sodium.

But I choose any of those dips for raw celery or spring onion or radishes or cauli or green beans!

And sour cream and dill is very tasty!

Unhappy I haven't dipped yet.

I actually really like them bare naked! (Them naked, not me naked! ) However, I had a thought the other day about using them to make faux natchos. How does this sound... pork rinds, piled on a plate, covered in grated cheese, cooked till melty and dipped in sour cream? I'm going to try that soon, and I think it's going to be very, very good!!

I'll let ya know...

Lightbulb Pork Rind Natchos!

This WOE is bringing out my creative side. I was craving natchos', so I made them with Pork Rinds. Not too shabby! Melted grated cheese all over them, dipped 'em in sour cream, yummy!

The only thing was that some of them were a tad chewy, but natchos do that sometimes too, right?

They were really, really good!! A little chopped onion, maybe chives would have been just dandy!!
