Question How many of you are breaking new limits?

I'm curious - how many of you have always struggled with weight since childhood and were hardly ever at the weight you wanted to be, and now you are breaking new grounds with low-carbing?

I read somewhere that statistically, people who never had problems with weight as children/teens/early 20s are way more likely to shed the pounds gained through bad eating habits/slowing metabolism/pregnancies etc than those who had never been thin ...

Just wondering if those statistics had not taken low carbing into consideration!

Thanks in advance for all the input!
