Slender: Friend or Foe?
Well, I made the mistake of buying a half-gallon of Pierre's Slender ice cream a couple of days ago. Since I bought it I've been having a spoonful or so every now and again, but it hadn't been tempting me... until tonight. My boyfriend loaded up on a giant bowl of it and I screwed myself by having more than just one or two spoonfuls. I had like four big ones from his bowl and then after he went to bed I finished the container. He's been eating it since I bought it, so there was only about 1/4 - 1/3 left, but I'm pretty sure I had at least 500 calories and probably 30-40 sugar carbs.
I wish that I had the self-control to be able to have something like this around the house without feeling the need to binge on it. Ice cream is a killer for me, even if it's low-carb ice cream.
