Default atkins barbecue sauce during induction

You guys are the greatest. Thanks so much for responding to my previous question, but I do have another one for you. I'm currently on Induction and I've been frying skinless chicken in butter. I bought some of the atkins barbeque sauce at the grocery store to cook with it. The label says about >1 gram per serving. I go ahead and round up to 1 gram. I probably add about 2-3 servings to my chicken and it tastes wonderful! I do, however, feel guilty using it because it gives my dinner a very sweet taste and I feel that it tastes too go to be true. I feel like Im doing something wrong/bad. Do you guys think this sauce is ok for me to use during induction if I'm still keeping under 20 grams of carbs a day while using this sauce? The sauce is the best if any of you that havent tried it yet. Thanks so much.

Love,
Brittany

It is probably better NOT to use it in induction as one of the purposes of induction is to try to break the cravings for sweet things. You should be spending your induction grams on salad and veggies - not sauces.
Having said all that, if the sauce keeps you on induction and stops you cheating then use it.
Why skinless chicken? The skin is the best part...and you can eat it now!
Good luck.
P.S. Don't forget the water and veggies.

Thanks for the reply! I've cut down on the sauce and only occasionally use it, and when I do I put maybe one serving on it. Registers at 1 gram of carbs. I'm in ketosis and have been, so I guess thats a good sign, right?! The reason why I'm frying the chicken skinless is because I'm addicted to the Tyson, skinless chicken tenders in the freezer section. I love the skin part too, but this Tyson chicken is great and so convienant. Its a huge bag, I could probably cook myself 8 different chicken meals very quick and easy! And its not too bad on cost either, $8.99 for the huge bag!
