Hi Karlletha:

Of course you may join and you are most welcome. Congratulations on your 6 pound loss

This is a fantastic forum with lots of knowledgeable and helpful people waiting to help you with any questions you have.

One of the first things would be to start a journal and then go to Fitday.com and get acquainted with that so you can record your food and get accuate stats on your fat, carbs, calories and protein. As you will find out there are a lot of hidden carbs and Fitday helps you with that.

After you do all that look around at others journals, look into their Fitday accounts and see what foods they are eating. All this will help you with your WOE (way of eating) and losing weight.

Best of luck to you.

Your children are adorable!

Rose
