Default bathe in chocolate

yesterday was bad - i needed chocolate so bad i kept visualising myself in a bath of the stuff and not getting out until it was all gone - a gin an tonic helped

i was rewarded this moring with a 1lb weight loss - not much I know but it proves the fat is not on with glue which I had previously suspected

I've started some T2 supplements anyone else tried these

Josie

That's very interesting, Josie.. the visual and the fact that a gin and tonic happened prior to your first noticeable loss. Tonic is loaded with carbs. It could be that you havent been eating enough, and not enough carbs. Keeping calories low and keeping carbs unecessarily low can cause slow losing and stalling out. Just a thought.

the second time i've heard about diet tonic... I have yet to see the animal though!! Diet should be ok, just remember that AS have problems of their own. Moderation, there's that word again

Try focussing on being healthy instead, you'll get more out of it and the weight loss will be a nice side benefit
