I recently purchased the Ketosis stix and when I use them when they are diluted with water theyre a really light pink. If I use them while in the stream (if you know what I mean), they are slightly pink around the edges and darker in the middle. When I stick them in a container with a urine sample, its a dark dark pink. Which is the best way to go with this? I was told that if it's not a dark pink when you test is in the stream your not in ketosis. Hate to sound like a retard, I just am new at this! HELP!
