Default Chitosan and Flax Seed Oil

Hey guys..I truly hate to be redundant, but I was just wondering how many of you take those two in addition to your multi?? I am trying to get it right!! I currently take LCarnitine, a good multi and Chromium. Any and all suggestions would be appreicated.

Chitosan is

Flax oil is rich in Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids and it's something your body needs (hence "essential"). It's also something your body cannot produce and must rely on your dietary intake for. Here's a pretty detailed post about EFA's:

Chitosan is a 'fat trapper' such as they are. LCers would have no interest in this; fat is our friend. Taking such a supplement will rob you of the very thing you're taking Flaxseed oil for.
