Default Those darn carbolite bars!

I was having a chocolate craving today, and Walgreens was having a sale on carbolite chocolate bars. Well, I figured I'll pick up a couple (since they're on sale) so I can have one occasionally. Well, I should have known better. Let's just say I didn't stop at one, and now I feel totally sick!!! I think I may throw up.

Ok, granted it wasn't the wisest move, BUT you are still probably alright. Unless you're one of the unlucky people who are sensitive to the sugar alcohol carbs, those bars were ZERO carbs for you. Take it in stride, try to get your tummy feeling better, and just let the stress go. You're going to be fine - HONEST!

Thanks for the support freydis,

I'm feeling a little better. You're right. It could have been worse. I think I learned my lesson. I'm not strong enough yet to face chocolate. Even the fake kind.

Hiya - hope you're feeling okay. I've never had a carbolite bar, but if they're sweetened with sugar alcohols (malitol, etc), be prepared for possible nasty punishment. Sugar alcohols can be a pretty powerful laxative. (Been there, done that, won't do it again )
