Hi everyone - I've been on this for a week now, and just today I started feeling cramps in my legs, and tingling in my hands. It's freaking me out! I have no history of diabetes (neither does my family). Any ideas on what's causing this?

Don't panic, it's quite common after a week or so.

You just need a Calcium/Magnesium supplement, and it will sort itself more or less immediately

Thank you! I'm heading to Rite Aid after work to buy some supplements - I do take Calcium - but I'm not sure about Magnesium (I was taking One a Day but can't now with the iron).
