Workout - Tues., Sept. 28
Planned on being the Cable Girl & the Ball Girl, but the free weight area was too crowded for the ball. Oh well, maybe next week..... Used moderate weight, higher reps today for a change.
Chest:
Cable Flyes - 4x12x30lbs
Push-ups off bench - 3x10
Shoulder:
Upright Rows - 1x12x40, 2x10x50, 1x9x55
Cable Side Lat Delt Raises - 1x10x15, 1x9x15, 1x7x15
DB Side Lat Delt Raises - (slow & controlled) - 3x12x8lbs
Bent Over Rows(elbows out) - 4x12x20
Arnies - 4x12x15lbs (slow & controlled)
Biceps:
Cable 21s - 3x21x25, 1x21x30
DB Concentration Curls - (slow & controlled) - 1x10x15, 2x10x15 (held 2 counts at top)
ABS - on ball
CARDIO - 18.5 minutes on elliptical - ten 20 sec. intervals - 200 cals
After work - ran 20 minutes
