Haven't lifted since Tuesday, but trying to stay on track w/ cardio. It's hard to get motivated to go workout at the gym on my days off. It's easier when I work since we have a gym downstairs and I just go down there at lunch.
Might try to go tomorrow night, late since I'm off on Mon and the gym shouldn't be that crowded.

AM - ran for 18 minutes. supposed to run for 30, but dawdled a bit and had to get back & shower so I could take my dog to the groomers and run errands before it got too hot

PM - was supposed to run intervals, but tummy was upset. I think I had too many sugar alcohols. Ate some Carborite cookies this morning, now I'm paying for it. Didn't want to take the chance of being a couple of miles away from home w/o facilities, if ya get my drift..........

Hey Aimee,
well I did no weight lifting at all last week, but I did do Cardio everyday. Beginning Monday I will go back to lifting weights, and a whole new program.

ok, workout for Sunday. Planned on running intervals this morning. But was a little lazy. I felt like sleeping in a bit, I've been off work since Wed. and I've gotten up by 8am everyday. So, I think I deserved sleeping in.
So, no AM cardio, but did go do the stairs. It was hot, but not as hot as the other day. Took 33 minutes to go up & down 7 times and run from one set of stairs to the other once. My legs were totally feeing like jello.

Tomorrow I plan on running intervals. Also, I increase the fast interval. Gotta admit my tummy looks a little tighter. And also.... I have 2 pairs of denim capris. Size 8 which fit perfectly right after they are washed, then they stretch out after a few hours then they are too baggy and a pair of size 6 which have been a little tight. Well, put them on this weekend and THEY FIT!!! Even a tad loose in booty. I think this new plan is working. I think I'll keep it up for another 3 weeks, cuz doing cardio twice a day a few times a week really wears on me.

Congrats on your size 6s!!! That`s great news!! It sounds like your cardio is really getting somewhere-- I need to take some inspiration from you. Not only have I fallen off the wagon, I think the wagon is actually dragging me by the ear.

Keep it up!! You gotta get some pics.

Workout for Monday, Sept. 13

AM - no cardio

PM - ran for 21 1/2 minutes. My legs felt heavy from the stairs yesterday so cut the run a little short.

Back in the office tomorrow & back to lifting at lunch. Can't wait!!!

various on mat & ball

CARDIO
25 minutes on elliptical - 231 calories

PM
ran for 15 minutes - supposed to run intervals, but legs still felt a tad heavy

Cable Side Lat Delt Raises - 4x8x15

Cable Upright Rows - 1x12x60, 2x7x80

Cable 21s - biceps - 3x21x30, 1x21x35

DB Bent Over Rows - 1x12x25, 3x9x30

Cable Seated Rows - 4x9x80

Face Pulls - w/ rubberband - 4x12

ABS - various on mat & exercise ball

CARDIO - elliptical - 22.5 minutes - 235 calories

Good workout today!! Hopefully, my energy will kick back up. I`m in class right now, and I have to go to the gym afterwards...wont get home for dinner till near 10. Sleeeeeppppppyyyyy.

Workout - Tues., Sept. 28

Planned on being the Cable Girl & the Ball Girl, but the free weight area was too crowded for the ball. Oh well, maybe next week..... Used moderate weight, higher reps today for a change.

Chest:
Cable Flyes - 4x12x30lbs
Push-ups off bench - 3x10

Shoulder:
Upright Rows - 1x12x40, 2x10x50, 1x9x55

Cable Side Lat Delt Raises - 1x10x15, 1x9x15, 1x7x15

DB Side Lat Delt Raises - (slow & controlled) - 3x12x8lbs

Bent Over Rows(elbows out) - 4x12x20

Arnies - 4x12x15lbs (slow & controlled)

Biceps:
Cable 21s - 3x21x25, 1x21x30

DB Concentration Curls - (slow & controlled) - 1x10x15, 2x10x15 (held 2 counts at top)

ABS - on ball

CARDIO - 18.5 minutes on elliptical - ten 20 sec. intervals - 200 cals


After work - ran 20 minutes

Workout for Wed. Sept 29

OK, don't know what my deal is. Had to decrease weight on all my exercises. Felt like I was going to throw-up half-way thru the workout and when I was doing cardio, which I had to cut short I was totally feeling hot & feverish. Hope I'm not coming down with something.

LEGS:

Squats - 2x10x105, 2x10x90

Stationary Lunges - 3x10x65

SLDL - cant remember if i did 3 or 4 sets - 12 reps, 45lbs

Leg Ext - 2x10x50, 2x10x55

Seated Calf Raises - 4x10x60

Leg Curls - 3x10x40

CARDIO:
Elliptical - 10 mins
