hey everybody
I have a question do we get to count all the milage on the treadmill or only the actual workout miles?
cause I get 1.2 miles in my warm up and cool down that I haven't been listing.

I did 3.6 miles in my cardio workout today but the total miles when I got off was 4.8 Let me know how we are suppose to count please.

I would count it all since you walked it.

Hello All~

Just checking in to see how everyone is..... I haven't done my workout yet....normally do it in the evenings.

kevjol~ DH cooked the hamburger pie last night.....his own variation...but it was great!!!!! He told me to tell you thank you!!!!! The only thing different he did was layered it and added shreddered cheddar cheese to the top. I know you said it's suppose to last......not in his book!!!! He ate most of it!
We thank you again!!!!

Today was LBW so no treadmill today. But next month my goal is to pump it up a notch and do it everyday.
